So what if I told you that we created a tool that will now allow students to help choose their classes, explore different career paths, find relevant clubs and workshops that they can participate in and understand what steps they should they should take based on their goals, interests and what they want to achieve during their college experience. Now we've designed Kelley AI to specifically help freshmen, sophomores, and even juniors to achieve these specific goals. And today I'll give you a quick demonstration on how the chatbot works and how to start and converse with KelleyAI. So we can simply choose one of the prompts here to start off and we'll start off with what classes should I take based on my goals and since Kelley AI realizes that it doesn't have your goals or it doesn't know you
yet it prompts these eight questions to ask.  And we'll simply have a output here that we have we're a freshman and graduating 2030 majoring in finance and investment banking wealth management career your interests, a couple of classes that we've taken, and we want it to be very concise and honest. So after asking, after responding to the questions that it prompts us, we can now go into the next step and actually start understanding and your interests are in where you are in IU and give you tailored recommendations for you. So here, since we asked about what classes we should take it gives us five classes, recommended classes for next semester, that would be our freshman spring semester, and we
have the class number here and as well as the class name with why it's giving you this recommendation. So it gives you the recommendation and also explains why it's giving it as well so you understand where it's coming from as well as it's giving you a schedule theme what to do for your goal since you said you have an interest in investment banking and as well to to verify you know with an  advisor with exact progression so making sure that it fills that gap if if needed so next since we said we weren't in any clubs we can simply ask what clubs should i join and because we we've mentioned our our major and as well as what else our interests are it'll give us a nice tailored club recommendation for
us and here it gives financial services club banking and trading association and gives a little summary of why that club once again fits your interests and your background. And another thing that we can go into and since it gave us a club we can simply ask it you know how to join that club so how do join for
example the financial services club and it should be very simple where financial services club is one of the easiest clubs to join and as you can see here there is no application needed we simply just use the link that it provides us to join that club and once again this is all backed by kelley curriculum all found on iu webpage and all gives accurate responses of course mistakes can be made but for the most part it's it's working pretty well once again since we said our interest is IB we can simply prompt it to ask what
else can I do to prepare for investment banking or or IB here and I think this is where it really shines where it's giving us the workshops that finance students are not always aware of but are really important for job placement afterwards and for IB especially we have the IBW which is the investment  making workshop and giving us a background of what we need to join so like the 3.75 minimum GPA and gives us actionable steps of what we should do and an immediate response where if we're talking to an advisor it would be slightly less immediate in responses or we'd have to plan it and that can sometimes be difficult for a student and at the end we always get a nice simple checklist of what we should do and I think this will be a great tool and I hope you enjoy using it so thank you.
