Our project, Oris, is an AI based tool designed to help students practice for oral exams, presentations, and interviews. It is aimed at undergraduate students who want to improve their speaking and communication skills in a structured way. Many students struggle with practicing speaking in a realistic setting, which makes it harder to feel confident in real situations.
Our tool addresses this by simulating real interactions, asking questions, following up, and providing feedback on the responses. What makes this tool unique is that it creates an interactive, practice-based experience rather than just providing static guidance, helping students to actively improve through repetition and feedback.
