On October 22, 2025, Learning Technologies hosted GenAI Jumpstart, an engaging virtual event tailored for staff across all departments. The session brought together participants from across the state to explore how generative AI can transform everyday work practices.

The program offered opportunities to expand knowledge and gain practical, hands-on experience with GenAI tools. Employees from all areas were invited to discover how generative AI can boost productivity, inspire creativity, and strengthen collaboration.

Wellness and GenAI

This session will explore strategies to use university-provided generative AI tools to support your personal and professional wellness. We'll discuss and practice using specific strategies to reduce stress, incorporate mindfulness, and build healthy habits. This session will also introduce strategies for finding screen-time/screen-free balance.
