Hi everyone,
The IU eTexts ordering window just opened, so I wanted to share the following from the IU eTexts team (also be sure to scroll to the end of this message for upcoming events –– including two focused on IU eTexts):
- IU eTexts benefit our students through significant discounts, portability on a range of devices, and accessibility features like text to speech.
- Instructors can choose from a catalog of 250,000+ titles from more than 65 publishers/vendors, at up to 90% off retail prices. The results are dramatic: Last spring, 55% of IU students used at least one IU eTexts title, saving them more than $12.3 million off retail prices.
- All the details are on the IU eTexts Ordering page in Canvas. Please submit your orders before your campus deadline, and reach out to us for any help you need along the way. Not yet named an instructor of record? No worries! We can help you with a post–deadline order when you are official.
Reminders
- On the Engage eReader used by IU eTexts, you can also include Open Educational Resources, faculty–created materials, customized publisher titles, and select library holdings. Contact IU eTexts staff to discuss any of these options.
- You can order Digital Courseware via IU eTexts to get your students a discount unavailable anywhere else, codeless access, Canvas integration, and a more flexible refund policy.
- Questions? Use our IU eTexts Service Catalog to ask a question or schedule an online consultation.
